Freezetag server, new location and ip was created by {F4H}Femme{A}

The regular freezetag server has been down because someone keeps hacking it so I have rented another server and adding the ft files over there. It will be located in dallas and the ip is 74.91.114.161

I added an older version of freezetag and now have to redo all the files to add the newer ones, I should have it up by morning though

Thanks Dave.
This will be the new freezetag server from now on, its been running for a few days with no complaints and the other server hasnt even come back online yet so I have wiped it and scheduled it for a shutdown on June 7th
