Help .. Been away for a long time.

Just finally got a new rig and I've been moving everything over to it. Moving Steam stuff was fairly easy. But I've been trying re-install our original COD:MW4 with no luck. The install bar goes half way and just stays there forever. I get some message that says "Updating component registration" or something to that effect.  ...  Has anyone else had this problem? Or know of a cure or work around. ??

I was able to get to install by copying the CD onto my hard drive and install from there. The next issue is that multipler crashes as soon as it starts. I still have the old original patches so I'm hoping they'll fix it. Wish me luck.

Hey Bat fink, have you checked your sound settings or tried plugging your headphones into a different place?

I'm gonna try that tonight when I get home.. If it works I plan to be up real late tonight.

I got to re-build my stats all over again. Dang it .. is there any way to steal that off of my OLD  rig?
